Review of The Persuasion of Molly O'Flaherty(London Lovers#1) by Sienna Simone

The Persuasion of Molly O'Flaherty (The London Lovers, #1)The Persuasion of Molly O'Flaherty by Sierra Simone

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I am not really sure how I want to rate this one..So I will just go with 3!

Because,in all honesty,
I really really liked the basic storyline and the twists and everything but..

Alot of things were really disturbing or maybe annoying for me..

First of all the fact that the hero slept with every person he met ..infact he has had a history with them.. Even though he admits that his love was lost because of this manwhoring.

Secondly, literally EVERY man the heroine talked about.. Every man that she even came across, she has most definitely slept with him.
That was truly annoying, simply because PLEASE!! EVERYONE?
yep, everyone!

I guess maybe the orgies and sharing isn't my thing.. I prefer stories with absolute exclusivity..

Besides this one lacked all of the elements and language and everything that could make it seem even remotely 'historical'..

Back to the story..

Silas and Molly have been friends quite a long time but then had some sort of crazy passionate relationship where they find out that they both might have something more with each other but both of them are afraid to go much into that because both of them are in habit of sleeping with all their friends..

So, Silas and Molly aren't really ready for this one-on-one thing..
And they get scared because of that fact.
So Silas instantly cheats on her and she finds out..

And then after sometime he comes back to help Molly out of a serious problem and AGAIN does the same thing that broke them apart all those years ago...

Anyway, Molly is being forced by her company's board of directors to marry in six months time otherwise she can wave all of her father's hardwork bye bye..

But the thing is, despite not being a fan of the heroine I felt really bad for her because of her past and because of that disgusting, vile creature called Mr. Cunningham..

Despite all this..once Silas got it in his head what he actually wanted and cared for.. Things weren't so bad..

Then Mr. Cunningham interferes more and tries to direct a course in Molly's life which she follows blindly because she is desperate and little does she know that she is headed for utter destruction and misery.

Meanwhile,Silas is trying his best to somehow interfere and save her from a lifetime of pain and misery..
